1. What we collect
We collect your email address when you register. We store session data, questions, and anonymised participant responses you create on the platform. We also store billing information via Stripe (we never see your card details directly).
2. How we use it
Your email is used to send sign-in codes and important account notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Session data is used solely to provide the service to you.
3. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@indabapulse.app.
5. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, SendGrid for transactional email, and AWS for hosting. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy.
